The Aircraft Carrier Alliance is an innovative alliance comprising industrial participants and the Ministry of Defence – in which the Ministry of Defence acts as both client and participant – responsible for the delivery of two new aircraft carriers, HMS QUEEN ELIZABETH and HMS PRINCE OF WALES.
The time taken to put together a contract which could comprise up to 200 different documents needed to be reduced significantly to improve efficiency of the project and ensure that the project worked within strict budgets and timelines. The Kore Platform – Material Advantage – was configured to meet the client’s exact needs with regards to Procurement, Materials and Contract Management. A key requirement was the capability to share information with existing ACA partner systems and other applications used within the project.
E.ON Ruhrgas UK North Sea Limited is an upstream oil and gas company with its head office in London and offices in Aberdeen and Great Yarmouth.
The ability to receive and track both materials and people offshore was a key requirement. Also tracking both on and off hire items represented a significant impact on the overall project spend. KoreSupport were shortlisted from 14 potential solution providers as our Procurement and Material Management Platform provided the best solution to meet their business needs. The Kore Platform was configured to include specific functionality that enabled staff to logistically manage all of the “On / Off Hire Items” which ensured that they only paid for what they needed when they needed it.

Already with ideas of what he wanted, we took his ideas, then designed and developed a website to meet his needs; to be responsive – work across all media devices and enable him the ability to add content whenever he wanted to. Knowing the calibre of his users and clients including Saatchi & Saatchi, Comic Relief, BBC Media Action and UNHCR it was important that the website reflected this, whilst also being highly simple and functional.

The team at QPR required a website for their intergenerational media project film called R’Story. It’s aim is to engage with young people, fans and the local community.
They required a website to give them the ability to collect feedback, add music files, add gallerys, display videos, create new content and link to PDF’s.
After several UX procedures including learning about the business, creating the information architecture; site mapping, rough sketches and wireframing, and a participatory design phase, we were then in the position to develop, using WordPress for this project, the website they wanted, that performs all the tasks required and works responsively across all media devices.
